Hi! Just blogging by! Feel free to visit anytime!
Happy Birthday, Deb!
It's great that you've started your own journal!
I've decided not to beat myself up for not blogging regularly at the moment, and just live with the fact that I'll probably be very sporadic between now and Christmas. Doesn't sound like much of a decision, but every little bit helps when you have mananged to overcommit yourself during the holiday season.
The Cub Scout Thanksgiving boxes have come and gone for another year, and our group won third place with our totem pole. Chris was third in the pack in popcorn sales, now we are in the midst of delivering it all.

Breakfast with Santa is on schedule so far. I've got supplies for it all over my basement.
My brother's wedding is this weekend, and I still have nothing to wear. I'm going shopping for an outfit tomorrow. Wish me luck!
I'm also working diligently on the Christmas shopping, since I have to be done by 12/14, when we leave town for Florida. Katie kindly announced that I needed to find a new hiding place for the gifts, since she found them last year--luckily she didn't find them until after they were wrapped.
I'm still working on getting my car windshield replaced. The crack is growing steadily longer, it now snakes across about 2/3 of the widow. I've managed to call the insurance co. and get approval, now I just need to get it to the glass shop. Hopefully I can find one that will come to our house, and then find time to be home for them to come.
Volleyball season has started, and the girls are doing well so far. They're currently in a tournament that they are doing very well in. I'd love to see them win it.
Hubby got a new job. He's now the head of Artimis (Advanced Regional Traffic Interactive Management and Information System). At the same time, he's still doing portions of his previous job, so he's incredibly busy at the moment. He was looking for a challenge...I think he found it!

This is part of the Artimis control center. He can tell you what everything is. All I know is there are more computers and screens than you can shake a stick at, most showing pics of Cincinnati traffic from the various cameras around the city.
Also, I've sort of fallen off the wagon with losing weight. I'm hoping to climb back on real soon.
